As of March 9, 2020 the EPA has approved Shop Care 256 Concentrated Disinfectant with the claim of effectiveness against the Coronavirus.
The statement posted per the EPA is as follows:

Shop Care Professional Facility Care Product 256 CONCENTRATED DISINFECTANT (EPA REG # 1839-83-94348) has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) on hard non-porous surfaces. Therefore, this product can be used against 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) when in accordance with the directions for use against Hepatitis A virus on hard, non-porous surfaces.
